REDEVExchange is a commercial real estate listings marketplace that connects developers and buyers with brokers and sellers of development sites and redevelopment opportunities.
REDEVExchange is not a licensed real estate broker. REDEVExchange does not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction. REDEVExchange does not provide real estate, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. REDEVExchange is not a party to any transaction that originates from a listing on this platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes an offer to buy or sell real estate.
All real estate transactions facilitated through connections made on REDEVExchange are conducted independently between the parties involved and are subject to applicable state and local real estate laws.
Brokers and sellers who submit listings to REDEVExchange represent and warrant that:
REDEVExchange reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason including but not limited to inaccurate data, expired listings, duplicate submissions, or violation of these terms.
Developers, buyers, and all users who search and use listing data on REDEVExchange acknowledge that:
REDEVExchange is committed to maintaining accurate, current, and verified listing data. Every listing is broker-submitted, reviewed before publishing, and removed within 48 hours of confirmed closing. This commitment reflects our best operational efforts.
However, REDEVExchange does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any listing data on this platform. Real estate data changes rapidly. Market conditions, zoning regulations, asking prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. REDEVExchange shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in listing data submitted by brokers or third parties.
REDEVExchange charges developers and buyers nothing to search, view, or contact brokers through this platform. This commitment is permanent and unconditional. REDEVExchange's revenue comes exclusively from brokers, lenders, and partners who pay for featured placement and directory listings on the supply side of the marketplace.
REDEVExchange does not sell user data to third parties. We do not sell your personal information to brokers, lenders, advertisers, or any other third party. Ever. Our data practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
By submitting a listing, brokers consent to their name, firm name, contact information, and listing details being displayed publicly on REDEVExchange for the purpose of connecting with potential buyers and developers.
The REDEVExchange platform, brand, design, software, and all original content created by REDEVExchange are the exclusive intellectual property of REDEVExchange. You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, or distribute any content from this platform without express written permission.
Brokers retain ownership of their listing content but grant REDEVExchange a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials for the duration of the listing.
REDEVExchange and the REDEVExchange logo are trademarks of REDEVExchange. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You agree not to use REDEVExchange to:
REDEVExchange is committed to equal opportunity in housing and real estate. All listings and platform activity must comply with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Listings that discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class will be removed immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REDEVExchange and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, inaccurate listing data, or reliance on information found on this platform.
REDEVExchange's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of this platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to REDEVExchange in the twelve months preceding the claim. For users who have paid nothing — including all developers and buyers — REDEVExchange's liability is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REDEVExchange and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your listing submissions, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
REDEVExchange reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes.
REDEVExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, submits fraudulent listings, or engages in conduct harmful to the platform or its users. Brokers whose listings are removed for violations will be notified by email.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
