Who We Are

REDEVExchange ("we," "us," or "our") operates redevexchange.com, a commercial real estate listings platform built for everyone who builds. Our mailing address is Alan@redevexchange.com.

What Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• When you submit a listing, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and property details.
• When you contact us via email, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
• When you inquire about partner or lender placement, we collect your contact information.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (city/country level). We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.
• Standard server log data including IP address, browser type, and referring URL. This data is used solely for security and performance monitoring.

Information we do not collect: We do not collect payment card information directly. Any future payment processing will be handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party processor. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, ever.

How We Use Your Information

• To process and publish property listings you submit
• To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• To send you information about your listing status or platform updates (you may opt out at any time)
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

How We Store and Protect Your Information

REDEVExchange is hosted on Netlify, which provides industry-standard security including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, DDoS protection, and SOC 2 Type II compliance. We do not operate our own servers or databases. Listing submissions are stored securely and accessible only to REDEVExchange staff.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Netlify — hosting and form processing (netlify.com/privacy)
• Google Fonts — typography (policies.google.com/privacy)
• US Census Bureau API — public demographic data displayed on listing pages (no personal data transmitted)
• Municode — links to public municipal code libraries (municode.com)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking technology.

Broker and Partner Data

If you list a property on REDEVExchange, the information you provide about the property — including address, price, contact name, and firm — will be displayed publicly on the platform. Please do not submit information you do not have the right to share or that you wish to keep private.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any marketing communications at any time

Children's Privacy

REDEVExchange is a professional commercial real estate platform not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform grows. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
